●Check-in Information
1、The hotel is not responsible for money, jewelry, valuables or any personal belongings left by guests anywhere on the hotel's premises. Safe deposit boxes are available free of charge at the Front Desk.

2、Per room, ONLY 1 car gets free parking during residence. Parking fee will be charged for extra car normally. 

3、Check-in time is 15:00+, Check-out time is before 12:00 noon. Check-out between 12:00-14:00=30% of your room rate. Check-out between 14:00-18:00=50% of your room rate.

4、All additional children or adults who are staying, Extra bed will be CNY 360net per night, Breakfast excluded.

5、According to Government "Rules and Regulations on Hygiene Management in Public Places" any smoking in non-smoking and hotel public places is forbidden. The hotel will charge between RMB 1000-5000 for cleaning and odor removal. As a guest of the hotel you are also responsible for your visitors or for the other rooms you are going to pay for.

By signing this your registration card you do confirm having read, understood & agreed on the conditions. If you want to smoke in your room, please indicate this now to your receptionist.

6、We are a pet-free hotel. During your stay, you agree to place your pet at a pet-shop in town. If you still insist to keep it in your room and not cooperate with hotel's regulation, the hotel will charge between RMB 1000-5000 depending on the room type, for cleaning and disinfection. The hotel does not assume any responsibilities for any incidents/damages pertaining to your pet or discomfort to other guests. You agree to bear any compensation claim from any other hotel customer which is then NOT part of the cleaning fee.

7、The guest room is equipped with paid children's high chairs upon request.

8、According to the “Public Security Management rules of Xiamen Hotels” all visitors, without exception, need to register if overstaying or arriving after 23.00. Visitors who do not carry valid identification documents are required to submit a temporary accommodation certificate, which can be issued at the nearest Xiamen e-Government Convenience Service Machine. All visitors must present their identification documents at the concierge desk for official visitor registration. Regular controls are carried out by the Public Security Bureau without prior warning. If anybody is in your room after 23.00 as visitor or sharing the room, a fine of RMB 3,500 is imposed by the Public Security of Xiamen and you will be charged accordingly as well for any possible revenue loss or reputation of the hotel due to business closure.

9、Guests under the age of 18 are required to be accompanied by their legal guardians during check-in procedures. According to the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Minors, children or teenagers under the age of 14 shall not live alone from the guardianship of parents or authorized ones. The guardian shall take full responsibility for any accidents, damages and misbehaviors that occurs during the stay in hotel.
